**For training completed Before January 1st 2014 - please call 0208 845 4115 to request and to find out additional time and costs involved**

All successful course attendees are issued with a Training Solutions in Beauty E-Certificate within 4 weeks of completing the training course, Hard Copy Certificates are chargeable.

Missing or Lost E-Certificates are issued FREE OF CHARGE and can be reissued in 2-4 business days.

Hard Copy Certificates are chargeable, please complete this form and then make payment at the bottom of the page.
