ONE DAY WARM BAMBOO MASSAGE
OVERVIEW
Massage for centuries has been the perfect way to nurture both the body and the mind. This 1 day training course focuses on the use of warmed bamboo sticks to perform a full body massage which relaxes and realigns the muscles helping to melt away deep seated tension and creating a tranquil balance to the whole body.
For the therapist if offers a technique of massage which means less stress to their wrists, arms and shoulders and enables a deep tissue massage without the physical exertion associated with traditional massage. The course is suitable for qualified massage therapists wishing to add this new and stimulating treatment.
You will complete your theory in your own time and pace via an online learning portal. Your practical will be completed either face to face with an educator at a training venue or Online via a LIVE webinar hosted with one of our educators.

WHAT IS NEEDED FOR THE INSTORE PRACTICAL TRAINING
*All products and equipment are supplied for the duration of the course by your educator HOWEVER PLEASE BRING 2 Large Bath Towels TO USE ON THE COURSE
*Please bring 1 x electronic devices (ipad/laptop & smartphone) fully charged with data to be able to access your online portal to get your E-Certificate.
*This course is available to qualified therapists who hold a certificate in Anatomy and Physiology and Full Body Massage
* You will work on each other for the practical session, please ensure you have no contra-indications to the treatment, should you not be able to have the treatment due to medical reasons you can arrange to bring a model (please contact Training Solutions direct to arrange this).
*It is advised not to take part in this course if you or your model have a pre-existing back condition.
*Please wear minimal make-up and make provisions to remove contact lenses.

WHAT IS NEEDED FOR THE ONLINE PRACTICAL TRAINING
The following items are required to complete the course
* Basic Set of Bamboo Massage Stick
-KIT LIST
*The Means to Heat the sticks - ie heated manicure mitts or Vulcini heating case.
*2 Large Bath Towels
*Massage Oils/Creams
*You will require a laptop or tablet with a camera to access the webinar and we would recommend an additional device (smartphone) to enable ease of access to the learning portal during the webinar.
*Students must have a suitable area with adequate lighting to complete the treatment in. A good stable internet connection is also required.
*A week before the webinar you will receive access to the online learning portal via email, this must be completed before your live practical session, we estimate this will take up to 3 hours dependent on your pace.
• Models are required during the live webinar at 11am
*Models should wear minimal make-up and make provisions to remove contact lenses.
*It is advised not to take part in this course if you or your model have a pre-existing back condition.
